This is a two floor, 60,000 square foot tenant improvement project in the Wyman Building for a large ad agency. The Wyman has been divided into artist lofts, photography studios and galleries for decades. Colle+McVoy was used to class-A glass-tower space. It took some vision to turn a class-C warehouse space into offices that would enhance the creative process. The agency has reported the productivity and Ideas have improved since they've moved in.
