Conversion of an abandoned five-story knitting mill into 49 apartment units. Decorative cast iron details were revealed, as work was completed. Besides 49 apartments, 8,000 sqare feet of ground floor commercial space was developed. This $7 million project faces Mears Park, all the units are affordable housing.
