Bottineau Lofts

Named after Pierre Bottineau, this building is on the heritage preservation list for Minneapolis. The challenge, to restore the original exterior wood soffits and trim details within the heritage preservation guidelines and convert the existing office, school and gym areas into affordable loft housing. The use of panelized wood frame wall construction for the new townhomes minimized site storage, decreased construction time and kept construction parking off the local streets.
