As Vice President, Scott is developing business, estimating and managing projects. Scott is a seasoned professional with more than twenty years of industry experience: as an owner’s representative, project manager/estimator, owner of a general construction company and as a real estate developer. Scott is excited to be providing quality general construction services through KM Building Company.
